In case of conflict between language versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

8.2. Waiver for Immediate Service

By joining our waitlist and consenting to receive immediate communications, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for services that begin immediately.

10. Content Moderation

10.1. Right to Remove

Crealo reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any product, course, or content published on the platform, without prior notice, if it considers that it violates these Terms, applicable law, or may harm the reputation of the platform or third parties.

10.2. Prohibited Content

Without limiting the above, Crealo may remove content that:

• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Contains illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material.
• Misleads buyers about the nature or quality of the product.
• Violates the platform's acceptable use policies.
• Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code.

10.3. Notification

When possible, we will notify the creator about the content removal and the reasons. The creator may appeal the decision by contacting crealohq@gmail.com.

10.4. No Liability

Crealo shall not be liable to the creator or third parties for the removal of content under this section.
